Tallinn waterpark and spa hotel project faces changes
Arco Vara, which has started construction of a gigantic waterpark and spa hotel in central Tallinn, is planning to change the project so that its hotel will be smaller or replaced altogether with office space. Arco Vara and its Finnish partner are considering the change because property prices in Estonia have so drastically grown. Pedosk says that the company does not plan to give up on the waterpark, but it is likely that the proposed spa hotel may not be built at all. The hotel would have been one of the biggest in Estonia with 360 rooms. The towering Reval Hotel Olumpia has 390 rooms.
